Në mbështetje të dispozitave të Ligjit mbi Procedurën Përmbarimore, me qëllim të shlyerjes së obligimeve të debitorëve sipas urdhërit përmbarimor të lëshuar nga Përmbaruesit Privat, A.F.K me seli në Pejë, shpall Ankand Publik.
Institucioni Mikrofinanciar AFK, me seli në Pejë, fton të gjithë të interesuarit të paraqesin ofertat e tyre për kolateralin e sekuestruar (veturën) e debitorit i cili nuk i ka përmbushur obligimet e tij ndaj AFK.
Në bazë të urdhërit me P. nr. 224/23 të konstatuar në procesverbal të dt. 26.05.2023, të Përmbaruesit Privat, për shlyerjen e huasë së debitorit, nxirret në shitje vetura:
VW- CADDY, viti I prodhimit 2007, me ngjyrë E Kuqe, furgon me 4 dyer, kapaciteti i ulësve 2, lloji I karburantit – Dizel-Euro4.
Vetura mund të shihet çdo ditë pune prej orës 08:00 deri në orën 16:00, duke filluar nga dt. 26/07/2023 e deri me dt. 09/08/2023, në parkingun e AFK-së, me seli në Pejë.
Palët e interesuara mund t’i sjellin ofertat e tyre në pliko të mbyllura në zyrën e AFK-së me seli në Pejë, në adresën: Rr. “Lidhja e Prizrenit”, nr.1, më së largu deri me datë 09/08/2023
