Ofertuesit duhet të dorëzojnë dokumentacionin në vijim:
Dokumentet e regjistrimit;
Letrën e propozimit;
Listën e auditorëve që do të bëjnë auditimin e jashtëm në AFK;
CV-të e auditorëve që do të bëjnë auditimin e jashtëm në AFK;
Referencat;
Afati i fundit për përfundimin e aktiviteteve të auditimit 20.02.2026
Afati i fundit për pranimin e raportit final 20.03.2026
Letra e propozimit duhet të përmbajë:
Planin gjeneral të Auditimit ( kohëzgjatjen) ( në teren, jashtë terrenit);
Afatin kohor të propozuar;
Kërkesa për dokumentacionet që duhet të përgatiten paraprakisht dhe në vend të ngjarjes;
Tarifat ;
Pagesat;
Informata tjera;
Ofertat duhet të dërgohen ekskluzivisht me postë, në zarf të mbyllur të shënuar si” OFERTË PËR AUDITIM TË JASHTËM”, “TË MOS HAPET”, në adresën Rruga “Lidhja e Prizrenit” Nr. 1 Pejë 30000.
Ofertat e dorëzuara pas afatit të paraparë nuk pranohen, ndërsa aplikacionet e mangëta refuzohen.

CALL FOR BIDS
Reference number: 008/25 Agency for Finance in Kosovo (AFK), a Microfinance Institution, calls all External Audit Companies to submit their offers for external audit of AFK for year 2025.
The following documents need to be submitted by bidder:
Registration papers;
Proposal letter;
List of external Auditors that will perform external audit at AFK;
CVs of external Auditors that will perform external audit at AFK;
References;
Deadline for completion of external audit activities 20.02.2026
Deadline for acceptance of final report 20.03.2026
Proposal letter must include:
General Audit plan (duration ( on site , off-site));
Suggested timeframe;
Requests on documentation to be prepared up front and on-site;
Fees;
Payments;
Other information; Bids must be submitted through postal mail exclusively, in closed envelopes marked as: “BID FOR EXTERNAL AUDIT CALL FOR PROPOSAL”, NOT TO BE OPENED” Bids should be sent to the address of the Central Branch of AFK in Peja, “Lidhja e Prizrenit” Nr.1, 30000. Offers submitted after the deadline are not accepted, while incomplete applications are rejected. Deadline for acceptance of bids is 28.05.2025 until 16:00 h.
